Instructions for use and dosage
1 drop provides 2000 IU of vitamin D3. Recommended dosage:
- Adults up to 75 years of age – 1 drop daily
- Adults over 75 years of age – 2 drops daily
Shake well before use. Take under the tongue. After 1 minute, drink some water. Do not exceed the daily dose.
