FFP2 Protective Mask
This product is made using SQ Healfiber® biomass graphene. Biomass graphene comes from natural green raw materials - plant straw. Due to the biomass graphene added to Healfiber® material, it has comprehensive properties of deep infrared, bacteriostatic, moisture-absorbing, antistatic, anti-ultraviolet, etc. Thanks to its unique material, this series of biomass graphene masks can effectively filter dust, bacteria and other harmful substances to achieve the effect of dust prevention. This product is perfectly suitable for applications where a higher protection factor is required and provides respiratory protection against most gases, vapors and dust particles.
Product structure:
This product consists of 5 layers of filter substrate (4-layer willow leaf shape, no buffer layer), from outside to inside, they are as follows:
(1) forming layer - 60gPP non-woven fabric
(2) filter layer - blown PP
(3) Antibacterial layer - PP graphene nonwoven
(4) Buffer layer - hot air PET fabric
(5) Skin-friendly 30gPP nonwoven fabric.
This product can filter fine particulate matter through the interaction of each substrate layer, and the bacteriostatic effect of biomass graphene nonwoven fabrics makes this product characterized by lower bacterial growth during use and storage. Additionally, it is ergonomically designed, can cover almost half of the face and adapt to its shape when unfolded. The combination of an adjustable nose clip and a sponge strap provides better protection.
The recommended protection class for protective masks/half masks in the event of exposure to airborne viruses, including the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, is FFP2 and FFP3 according to the PN-EN 149 standard in force in the European Union. These types of masks retain at least 94% of airborne particles, including large and small particles (up to 0.3 μm in size).
