What is Femibion 3 Breastfeeding?
Femibion 3 Breastfeeding is a dietary supplement intended for breastfeeding women. The preparation supplements the diet of postpartum women with essential nutrients.
The package contains 28 tablets and 28 capsules.
Ingredient Properties:
Femibion 3 Breastfeeding was developed to supplement the diet of postpartum and pregnant women with essential nutrients. The main ingredients of the dietary supplement are:
- folic acid - this is vitamin B9 converted in the body into its active form. Folate contributes to normal blood formation, cell division, and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy;
- metafolin - (calcium L-methylfolate) is a directly available form of folate that the body does not need to convert before use. Metafolin® is a registered trademark of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, used under license;
- choline - contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. It contributes to normal fat metabolism. It supports normal liver function. Choline demand increases during breastfeeding;
- DHA - docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that plays a special role during pregnancy and breastfeeding. DHA intake by the mother contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the fetus and breastfed infant. A beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 200 mg of DHA per day above the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg (DHA and EPA);
- iodine - contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and the proper functioning of the thyroid gland.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day, with water, preferably with a meal,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of children.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- the dietary supplement should not be used if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- due to the content of vitamin A, this product should not be used in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you become pregnant while breastfeeding, we recommend switching to Femibion 1 Early Pregnancy, which has been specifically developed for use in early pregnancy.
