Ingredient properties:
Estrovita Skin is a dietary supplement containing a unique composition of plant omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids isolated from a unique mixture of up to 4 plant oils (linseed, blackcurrant, borage, and evening primrose). Rosemary oil – supports the immune system and the body's natural defenses.
- Omega-3 (α-linolenic acid) – helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA).
- Vitamin E – helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended daily intake:
- 5 ml with a meal. It is recommended to use the measuring cup included in the packaging and avoid contact of the product with other plastics.

- A 250 ml bottle is sufficient for approximately 50 days of supplementation.
