Endomesin dietary supplement in capsules is intended for women who want to improve their well-being during menstruation and the entire menstrual cycle.

It is recommended for use in order to:

• Increase the feeling of comfort during menstruation, including reducing the duration* and heavy bleeding (resveratrol)*
• Improve the balance of endometrial cell functioning (NAC)*
• Regulate inflammatory processes, reduce oxidative stress (NAC)*
• Support hormonal balance, including estrogen balance (vitamin B6)

Properties of selected ingredients:

• DHA – important for the proper development of the fetus and breastfed children,
• Vitamin D– helps in the proper functioning of the immune and muscular systems, influences the normalization of inflammatory processes, and participates in the process of cell division.¹ Increases the absorption of calcium from the diet, contributing to the maintenance of healthy teeth and bones.

• Resveratrol– a chemical compound present in plants, belonging to the bioflavonoid group. It has a strong antioxidant effect and has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and the nervous system.
• N-acetyl-cysteine – an organic compound, a derivative of the amino acid L-cysteine. NAC is metabolized in the liver, resulting in the formation of glutathione, a powerful, natural antioxidant.

What does scientific research say?

• Studies have shown that regular use of 30 mg of resveratrol or 600 mg of NAC contributes to the maintenance of well-being and comfort in menstruating women.*
• Women regularly using a composition of 300 mg of EGCG, 10 mg of vitamin B6 and 2000 IU of vitamin D observed less heavy bleeding, shorter duration of bleeding, and a sense of well-being.*
• N-acetylcysteine, resveratrol, and vitamin D influence the balance in the functioning of endometrial cells and reproductive organs.*

Recommended daily intake:

• Adults: 2 soft capsules and 2 hard capsules once daily with a meal.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage conditions:

• Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day.
• Do not consume the hard capsule if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day.
• The hard capsule should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
