How to use?
Dental floss should be used daily. Proper flossing technique will help you achieve optimal benefits for your teeth and gums:
Wash your hands thoroughly to avoid transferring bacteria to your mouth.
Measure approximately 45 cm of dental floss and wrap it around the middle or index fingers of both hands.
Leave about 2.5 to 5 cm of floss taut between them.
Insert the taut floss into the space between your teeth and move it gently up and down the tooth.
Gently bend the floss around the base of each tooth, trying to gently tuck it below the gum line. Avoid sudden movements to avoid injuring your gums.
Use clean pieces of floss when flossing each tooth.
When removing the floss, use the same movements from the gum to the top of the tooth.
