How to use?
Rinse your mouth with 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing or between brushings. Gently squeeze the bottle to dispense the correct amount (10 ml) – pour any excess back into the bottle. Do not swallow. Do not rinse your mouth with water. Use as a supplement to daily brushing, no more than three times a day.
Recommended for adults and children over 6 years of age, if they are able to spit out the liquid.
For complete oral hygiene, experts recommend using: fluoride toothpaste, mouthwash, and dental floss.
