EkaMedica Black Cumin Oil is a dietary supplement in the form of cold-pressed black cumin oil (Nigella Sativa) with natural vitamin E.
Ingredient properties:
EkaMedica Black Cumin Oil is a natural source of linoleic and oleic acid. These ingredients help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels;
The beneficial effect of linoleic acid is achieved when consuming 10 g of LA per day.
Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat.
Recommended daily intake:
- a teaspoon (5 ml) once a day;
- consume only cold;
- a daily portion of 5 ml contains 3.6 mg of vitamin E (30% RWS*), 1.1 g of oleic acid (omega-9), 2.59 g of linoleic acid (omega-6);
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose;
- shake before use.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of small children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
- protect from light and moisture;
- a natural sediment may appear;
- store in the refrigerator after opening.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- do not take the dietary supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- the preparation is intended for adults,
- pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation.
