Dr Gaja ProSkurcz is a complex of minerals that support muscle function. The preparation contains magnesium, calcium, and potassium in the form of highly absorbable citrates, which support the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Dr Gaja ProSkurcz is especially recommended for active individuals and athletes, those constantly on the move or staying in one direction for long periods, and those prone to stress. This dietary supplement contains ingredients that guarantee optimal absorption. The preparation contains a powder containing magnesium, calcium, and potassium carbonates, which combine with citric acid in hot water to create the active ingredients – magnesium, calcium, and potassium citrates. The product does not contain any dyes, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, anti-caking agents, or fillers.
Properties:
- Magnesium contributes to maintaining electrolyte balance and normal energy-yielding metabolism. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Calcium contributes to normal neurotransmission and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. It contributes to normal blood clotting and normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1-2 sachets daily,
- Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 20-30 ml of hot water (70-90°C), stir until completely dissolved, add cold water and drink. The sediment that may form is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the product.
