Product Description
Dr Gaja Black Cumin Oil 250 ml
Dr Gaja Black Cumin Oil is a source of unsaturated fatty acids - linoleic (Omega-6) and oleic (Omega-9). Black cumin oil is unrefined and cold-pressed, which ensures that the beneficial properties of black cumin seeds have not been lost.
Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet lowers blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease.
Usage:
- Black cumin oil can be consumed directly from a teaspoon, twice a day with a meal or as an addition to cold dishes, salads, and potatoes.
- Gives dishes an intense, spicy flavor and aroma.
