What does Doppelherz Aktiv Omega-3 Forte contain?
- Doppelherz® aktiv Omega-3 dietary supplement contains fish oil rich in the unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
- 1) EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
- 2) DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and proper brain function. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
The dietary supplement can be used by people with diabetes or lactose intolerance.
Recommended daily intake:
- It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily with a high-fat meal, drinking plenty of water.
