- lavender supports the quality of sleep and reduces nervous tension;
- lemon balm also supports well-being during the day;
Plant-based ingredients also have adaptogenic properties that help reduce stress.
In addition to plant-based ingredients, the dietary supplement is rich in melatonin and vitamin B6, where:
- melatonin, which is a natural regulator of the circadian day and night cycle in the body, effectively shortens the time needed to fall asleep (at a dose of 1mg);
- magnesium with vitamin B6 supports proper mental functions and reduces fatigue.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 tablet approximately an hour before going to sleep;
