- DHA (in the recommended dose of 600 mg) supports the development of the brain and eyes in the child.
- Folic acid (400 µg) necessary for the proper development of the placenta and fetus.
- Iodine (200 µg) necessary for proper cognitive and neurological functions (brain function).
- Iron (26 mg) participates in the formation of red blood cells and the supply of tissues with oxygen.
- Vitamin D (recommended dose: 2000 IU) for the proper development of bones and teeth.
- Magnesium enables proper muscle contractility, which has a positive effect on, for example, the functioning of the uterine muscles.
Dosage:
2 capsules daily: the brown capsule - with a solid breakfast or lunch, and the yellow capsule - with dinner. Both capsules can also be taken together or in reverse order. It is recommended to use it from one month before the planned pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.
