Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance called the "elixir of youth" because it is responsible for energy production in the body's cells. The largest amounts of coenzyme Q10 are found in the heart, muscles, liver, and kidneys. Q10 participates in the respiratory chain processes and in cell mitochondria. It has been found that in the heart muscle, its level in the elderly decreases by half compared to the hearts of young people.
The perfectly absorbable, liquid form of coenzyme Q10 in a capsule, with the addition of soybean oil, promotes good absorption of Q10 in the intestines.
Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily after a meal. It is best to take it with a larger meal or a meal containing fats (butter, dairy products, meat, oil), which promotes better absorption of the preparation.
