Doppelherz Aktiv for Stress and Fatigue + Magnesium is a dietary supplement in tablet form, with a high magnesium content. The formula has been additionally enriched with lavender, lemon balm, vitamin D, B vitamins (thiamine, niacin, B6), and calcium to supplement the daily diet of adults. The preparation is recommended for adolescents and adults in states of stress and fatigue, difficulty falling asleep, and for relaxation and proper muscle function.
Ingredient properties:
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
- Lemon balm supports well-being and has a relaxing effect.
- Vitamin D has a positive effect on muscle function.
- Thiamine, niacin, and vitamin B6 support the proper functioning of the nervous system.
- Additionally, niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended daily intake:
- take one tablet daily, preferably after a meal;
- drink plenty of water;
- do not use on an empty stomach;
- when using for more than one month, it is recommended to use every other day;
- the tablet can be divided to facilitate swallowing;
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
