The complete DHA formula helps maintain normal vision. Lutein and zeaxanthin nourish the macula. Zinc, vitamin A and riboflavin support vision. The preparation is recommended for people:
- experiencing eye fatigue, wearing contact lenses, staying in dry rooms, smoking, following an unbalanced diet, living under stress and the elderly.
Action:
The preparation contains a wide range of ingredients that play an important role in vision processes or have nutritional functions:
- the highest dose of omega-3 acids: DHA + EPA (320 mg*),
- natural lutein and zeaxanthin (total 13 mg),
- vitamins (C + E) and minerals (zinc, selenium, copper), with a protective (antioxidant) effect. (anti-radical),
- zinc and vitamin A enabling proper vision.
- DHA is the most valuable of the omega-3 acids; it is found in the highest concentrations in the brain and eye. In the retinal receptors, it is one of the most important building blocks of photoreceptor membranes. The presence of DHA in the membranes of receptor cells is a condition for the proper conduct of visual impulse transmission processes, and at the same time protects these cells from damage - stabilizing cell membranes. EPA acids occur naturally in fish oil together with DHA and are converted to DHA in the liver.
Lutein and zeaxanthin are natural pigments found in the macula lutea of the eye, the most sensitive area of the retina. Lutein and zeaxanthin also accumulate in significant amounts in the lens of the eye. Both components are not produced by the body and must be supplied with food.
Vitamin A is essential for vision - especially in low light. Together with Riboflavin (vit. B2) contributes to maintaining normal eyesight.
Zinc, selenium, copper and vitamins C and E are strong antioxidants; they protect cell structures against the harmful effects of free radicals (oxidative stress).
Directions for use:
1 capsule daily after a meal. The preparation should be used long-term; A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (which corresponds to 1 serving of sea fish per week, supplemented with 1 capsule of the preparation per day).
Additional information:
Do not combine with other mineral preparations or with vitamin A.The preparation can be used by people with diabetes and lactose intolerance or gluten.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. A healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, is recommended.
