Magnesium and potassium contribute to the proper functioning of muscles (muscle contractility). Magnesium helps replenish electrolytes in the body, and zinc helps maintain the acid-base balance. The highest combined dose of magnesium and potassium in 1 tablet - to ensure proper muscle contractility and replenish electrolytes in the body.
Especially for use in case of:
- Loss of electrolytes due to intense sweating
- Vomiting, diarrhea
- Drinking significant amounts of coffee, fatigue, stress
- Irregular heart rhythm
Dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily after a meal, with plenty of water. The tablet can be divided for easier swallowing. Do not take on an empty stomach. For long-term use (over 1 month), ½ tablet daily is recommended.
