The test detects hemoglobin in the concentration range of 0.05 μg/ml to 2000 μg/ml and transferrin in the range of 40 ng/ml to 400 μg/ml. The test is non-invasive and easy to perform. The principle of the test is based on the specificity of the antigen-antibody reaction. Antibodies applied to the test fields of the cassette react with hemoglobin and transferrin derived from the blood present in the tested stool sample. The test result is read in the form of colored lines in the test fields within 5 minutes. The test result is not influenced by diet and consumed foods.
