Diagnostic Gold Care Blood Glucose Measurement Kit
The Diagnostic Gold Care Kit is intended for home measurement of whole blood glucose in people with diabetes and by medical personnel in clinical settings, as an aid in monitoring the effectiveness of diabetes treatment.
The Bluetooth function allows you to send results from the meter to the ISTEL HEALTH mobile application, which works with the free Istel Care telemedicine system. This allows you to send your test results directly to your doctor without leaving home or share them with your caregiver.
Application:
Diagnostic Gold Care is a blood glucose measurement kit. A medical device for in vitro diagnostics. The Diagnostic Gold Care glucometer works with Diagnostic Gold Strip test strips.
Instructions for use:
1. Insert the lancet into the lancing device.
2. Wash your hands with warm soapy water and dry them.
3. Insert the strip into the meter chamber.
CAUTION! Do not put a drop of blood on the strip before inserting the strip into the chamber.
4. Massage and then prick the side of your fingertip. Do not squeeze the blood out; it should flow out on its own.
5. Place the meter with the test strip on the drop of blood and read the result.
