This preparation is intended for adults to supplement their diet with vitamin D.
Vitamin D is involved in many processes in the body. It helps maintain healthy bones, teeth, and proper calcium levels in the blood. It supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. It supports the proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and also participates in the process of cell division.
The body produces vitamin D through skin synthesis under the influence of UV radiation. However, the use of creams with UV filters, very little sun exposure, and low availability of sunlight in our latitude from autumn to spring limit the ability to produce vitamin D in cells. Therefore, it is important to supply appropriate amounts through your diet.
The product contains flaxseed oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, which include alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Recommended dosage:
Adults: 1 capsule daily, regardless of meals.
