The body produces vitamin D through skin synthesis under the influence of UV radiation. However, the use of creams with UV filters, very limited sun exposure, and low availability of sunlight at our latitude from autumn to spring limits the ability to produce vitamin D in cells. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate amounts through diet.

Recommended intake: children from 1 year of age - one press of the dosing pump once daily. Adults - two presses of the dosing pump once daily.
