Cosmopor Waterproof is a waterproof, self-adhesive dressing for wounds and cuts.
Application:
For the protection of post-operative and traumatic wounds with moderate exudate, in situations where protection from water is required (in the shower, in a swimming pool). This dressing is also suitable for use after disinfection procedures, wound cleansing, etc.
Characteristics:
• The absorbent layer is covered with a polyethylene mesh, which prevents adhesion to the wound and newly formed tissues;
• Made of a semi-permeable polyurethane film - permeable to water vapor and oxygen, does not interfere with the free breathing of the skin;
• Stops bacteria and water and allows for hygiene without having to remove the dressing;
• In sterile packages of 1 piece.
