Ground tencha green tea leaves. The leaves come from the first and second harvest, from an organic garden in Japan. It is characterized by a strong taste, slightly sweet, with a hint of bitterness. Matcha is powdered tencha green tea, known as the healthiest of teas. Compared to other teas, it contains much more polyphenols and vitamin C.

What does matcha taste like?

How to prepare matcha?
Pour 100 ml of hot (75°C) or cold water over a teaspoon of matcha. Mix thoroughly and top up the cup with water of the same temperature or a plant-based drink.
