Blephademodex - sterile eye hygiene wipes.
Ready-to-use wipes are saturated with a specialized cleansing fluid containing:
- Terpinen-4-ol - an active ingredient isolated from tea tree oil, of a high degree of purity, which has biocidal, antibacterial and antifungal properties against demodex mites.
- Sodium hyaluronate - a natural skin moisturizer with soothing, calming and regenerating properties for sensitive and irritated skin.
Blephademodex is intended for:
- daily eyelid hygiene in case of demodex infection (Demodex)
- to relieve symptoms of eyelid infections or inflammation caused by Demodex mites (Demodex)
Demodex is the most common microscopic skin parasite. Infection with it leads to inflammation of the eyelids. Demodex is not removed during normal, daily cleansing procedures. The presence of cylindrical pityriasis (deposits around the base of the eyelashes) clearly indicates a Demodex infection. Blephademodex cleanses the eyelids and eyelashes of crusts (deposits), dandruff, dirt, and infectious agents, and removes parasites, thereby relieving symptoms associated with Demodex infection, such as itching, burning, dryness, and inflammation of the eyelids. Redness of the eyelid margins, the feeling of irritation and the presence of a foreign body in the eye are reduced.

Blephademodex is well tolerated because it does not contain detergents, preservatives or fragrances. No rinsing required after use.
How to use:
Use Blephademodex wipes follow the steps below:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Open the sachet and remove the wipe inside.
Unfold it and wrap it around your index finger.
Keeping your eye closed, gently place the wipe on your eyelid and gently massage the eyelid in small, circular motions at and along the base of the lashes, removing any crusts (debris), dandruff, or discharge.
Keep your eye closed for 15 seconds after application. Repeat the process around the other eye using a new wipe.
