Ingredient properties:
- Bamboo shoot extract - has a positive effect on the condition of hair thanks to the richness of nutrients (contains, among others, silicon, iron, calcium, potassium, iodine, vitamins C and D, fats, amino acids and enzymes)
- Horsetail herb extract - is rich in vitamins and minerals, including primarily silicon necessary for the synthesis of collagen and elastin, as well as iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C and B5;
- Biotin - helps maintain healthy hair, has a positive effect on the condition of the skin and nails;
- Zinc - a mineral of key importance for healthy hair, it is necessary for the formation of keratin, the basic hair building block;
- Selenium - affects the thyroid function, limits excessive oiliness of the skin and hair, neutralizes free radicals;
- Copper helps maintain proper hair pigmentation.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning, after a large meal - drink it with a glass of water.
