BioMarineMedical Immuno & Neuro Lipids is a food for special medical purposes containing 3 types of high-quality, unenriched fish oils: from deep-sea shark liver, from the muscles of anchovy, herring and tuna fish, and from Alaskan cod liver. Thanks to the content of fish oils, the preparation contains higher unsaturated fatty acids: DHA + DPA + EPA + ETE omega-3, complex fats: alkylglycerols, squalene, and vitamins A and D₃. The preparation supports the immune system.

Indications for use of BioMarineMedical Immuno & Neuro Lipids:

• bacterial, viral, fungal and mixed infections,
• cancer diseases,
• blood count disorders,
• lipid profile disorders (e.g. dyslipidemia, hypercholesterolemia),
• autoimmune diseases,
• neurological diseases,
• metabolic diseases,
• periodontal diseases,
• atherosclerosis,
• cardiac arrhythmias, conduction disorders, myocarditis, hypertension, ischemic heart diseases,
• during recovery after serious cardiovascular events (e.g. heart attack, stroke),
• in the perioperative period and during post-operative recovery, before and after chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and during a ketogenic diet. Ingredients: Shark liver oil is a source of alkylglycerols and squalene, lipid compounds that support the functioning of the immune system and natural immunity. Alkylglycerols and squalene stimulate the multiplication of selected white blood cells and increase their activity. Squalene is a component of the skin's lipid layer.
• Fish oil is a natural source of unsaturated fatty acids (DHA) from the omega-3 group. These acids belong to the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs), which should be supplied with food because they are not produced in sufficient quantities by the human body. The polyunsaturated DHA contained in the preparation has a multifaceted beneficial effect on the body (a component of neuronal cell membranes, a beneficial effect on the brain and vision), and its deficiency accompanies many disease states. DHA strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory effects.

Recommended daily intake:

• it is recommended to divide the daily amount of oil into portions not exceeding 15 ml,
• consume 15-20 minutes before meals, at regular intervals during the day,
• before swallowing, hold in the mouth for several seconds,
• a portion of the product can be mixed with natural fruit juice,
• do not mix the product with citrus juices, especially grapefruit!
• the product can be washed down with a small amount of boiled water or herbal tea or eaten with bread,
• a minimum of one hour should be kept between the consumption of products based on fish oils and eating citrus fruits or drinking citrus juice,
• in the acute phase, while using the product, a low-fat diet should be maintained to allow the body to properly utilize the complex fats provided in the daily portion of the preparation,
• do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage conditions:

• the product should be stored out of the reach of small children,
• the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
• After opening, the liquid should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 60 days,
• Do not freeze,
• Protect from light and moisture.

Warnings and precautions:

• The product should be taken as directed by a physician or under his supervision, it does not replace therapy recommended by a physician,
• The product is intended for dietary management in adults and children weighing more than 10 kg,
• The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
• Do not take the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation,
• The product is not enriched with fish oil and does not contain proteins (including parvalbumin) responsible for the development of an allergic reaction to fish.
