Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Gel Moussant - Soothing Shower Gel
Atopic skin is characterized by a leaky stratum corneum. Due to a deficiency in lipids and proteins, it no longer functions as a protective barrier. Allergens and bacteria easily penetrate, causing inflammatory changes. Redness appears – most often on the creases of the elbows and knees, face, and neck. This is often accompanied by persistent itching, which causes scratching and disrupts sleep. Eczema episodes alternate with periods of symptom relief. Skin with atopic dermatitis needs systematic moisturizing, nourishment, itch relief, and restoration of the protective barrier – even during remission.
Atoderm Intensive gel moussant gently cleanses, soothes discomfort and irritation, and thanks to the content of vitamin PP, helps biologically strengthen the skin barrier by increasing the synthesis of intercellular lipids. Copper sulfate and zinc sulfate have an antiseptic effect and limit the growth of pathogenic bacterial flora. The skin is protected from the effects of unfavorable external factors and the penetration of Staphylococcus aureus. No added soap or fragrance. Very well tolerated.
