Biaron® D Spray 400 IU 10 ml
A preparation intended to supplement the diet of infants, children and adults with vitamin D.
Vitamin D is needed for proper growth and bone development in children.
Vitamin D supports:
- proper functioning of the immune system,
- proper functioning of muscles,
- maintaining healthy teeth and bones,
- maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood,
- proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Recommended intake:
Premature newborns.
Supplementation should be carried out under medical supervision.
Newborns born ≤32 months of age. week of pregnancy - 2 drops (800 IU) from the first days of life (if oral feeding is possible), regardless of the feeding method.
Newborns born in the 33rd - 36th week of pregnancy - 1 drop (400 IU) from the first days of life, regardless of the feeding method.
Full-term newborns and infants 0-12 months - 1 drop (400 IU) daily from the first days of life.
Children over 1 year of age - 2 drops (800 IU) daily depending on body weight and vitamin D intake in the diet, throughout the year.
Adults - 2 to 5 drops (800 -2000 IU) daily depending on body weight and vitamin D intake in the diet, throughout the year.
Ingredients:
Plant-derived MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), cholecalciferol obtained from lanolin (vitamin D).
