How does BasicLab Protecticus SPF50+ Protective Emulsion work?
The lightweight BasicLab Protecticus SPF50+ emulsion is intended for daily skincare and sun protection, as well as after aesthetic medicine treatments. Advanced photostable broadband filter technology ensures maximum effectiveness and very high protection against the harmful effects of UVA, UVB, and HEV blue light. The formula has been additionally enriched with a complex of vitamins C and E and gluconolactone, which moisturize and nourish the skin and protect against the harmful effects of free radicals. BasicLab emulsion has a light, non-comedogenic consistency, allowing for excellent absorption. It leaves a delicate, satin finish on the skin, which makes it an excellent base for makeup.

- Organic, photostable filters: PARSOL® Shield (Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine), Uvinul® A Plus (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) and PARSOL® Max (Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol) provide full-spectrum protection against UVB and UVA radiation and HEV blue light.
- Lingonberry extract performs an additional function as a biological filter - it protects cells against damage caused by UVB radiation. It also has antioxidant properties, slowing down the aging process.
- Vitamin C in the stable form of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate improves skin structure, firming and improving its elasticity. Due to its high tolerance level, this form of vitamin C is recommended for sensitive skin.
- Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects against the harmful effects of oxidative stress. It also has moisturizing, nourishing, and epidermal cell regeneration properties.
- Gluconolactone is a natural antioxidant with strong moisturizing, firming, and smoothing effects. It strengthens the skin's resistance to irritating external factors and soothes the effects of sunburn.
