Avet Herbs Black Cumin helps boost immunity and supports the health of your skin. The composition includes black cumin seed oil, which contains linoleic acid (LA) and vitamin A1. Avet Herbs Black Cumin contains as much as 500 mg of black cumin oil per capsule and helps supplement your diet with unsaturated fatty acids needed to support the proper functioning of the entire body.
Black cumin seed oil – characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, including polyunsaturated fatty acids, which include linoleic acid (LA) from the omega-6 family.
Linoleic acid – (LA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of LA.
Avet Herbs Black Cumin contains as much as 500 mg of black cumin oil in one capsule. Combined with LA and vitamin A, this dietary supplement helps provide your daily portion of unsaturated fatty acids and supports your body's immunity.

Ingredients: Cold-pressed black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa), gelatin, humectant - glycerol, purified water, antioxidant - DL-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate in MCT oil.
Recommended dosage:
Children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule once daily with a meal.
Adults: 1 capsule twice daily with a meal.
