Aura Herbals Omega + Vitamin D3 is a dietary supplement containing omega-3 acids and vitamin D in twist-off capsules. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are an important part of the daily diet. The human body does not produce them on its own, so they must be supplied through food. Omega-3 fatty acids include α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The best dietary sources of ALA are plant oils, such as flaxseed, rapeseed, and safflower oil. Fish, algae, and cod liver oil are rich sources of EPA and DHA in the daily diet. The omega-3 fatty acids in Aura Herbals Omega+ Vitamin D3 come from anchovy fish oil, while the vitamin D3 comes from lanolin. The formula has the simplest ingredients, with no additives. Suitable for children from 1 year of age.
