Auna rose water is produced from fresh flowers picked from April to early June. Rose petals collected during this period are the best for producing the hydrolate. To preserve the fullest, sweet, floral scent, the petals are harvested at dawn. On the same day, they are sent to the distillery and freshly distilled using steam.
