Allnutrition Vitamin C Antioxidant is a dietary supplement containing a high dose of vitamin C. Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a substance essential for proper human functioning, primarily known for its positive impact on the immune system. However, it performs many more important functions in the body, and its deficiency can have serious consequences. Humans cannot produce it on their own. That is why it is so important to provide the appropriate dose of vitamin C with food or in the form of a supplement.
Ingredient properties:
Vitamin C:

Recommended daily intake:
- one serving a day - one serving is 1 g of product (½ flat, small teaspoon) dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
- protect from light and moisture,
- always close the packaging after use.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- high vitamin C content - do not use in people suffering from kidney stones or with a tendency to form kidney stones,
