Omega 3-6-9 Strong is a dietary supplement containing a composition of fish oil from linseed and sunflower seeds, which provide omega 3, 6 and 9 acids. Allnutrition Omega 3-6-9 Strong contains as much as 400 milligrams of fish oil and 300 milligrams of linseed oil. Additionally, the dietary supplement contains 290 milligrams of sunflower oil, which makes it an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids.
