Allnutrition NAC, or N-acetyl L-cysteine, is a modified form of cysteine attached to an acetyl group.
Cysteine is one of the endogenous amino acids (i.e., those that the body can synthesize on its own), containing sulfur. Due to its specific structure, it is a very reactive amino acid, binding many toxic substances, and therefore helpful in detoxification processes.
L-cysteine (along with glutamine and glycine) is also essential in the synthesis of glutathione, a powerful internal antioxidant. It also participates in the synthesis of proteins, enzymes, and coenzymes.
Supports the growth of muscle mass resulting from intense training, accelerates muscle regeneration, increases endurance and body performance, enhances exercise effectiveness, delays fatigue, and prevents the erosion of joint elements, cartilage, and ligaments.
Dosage:
1 capsule daily with water.
Ingredients:
N-acetylcysteine, starch, anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts, fatty acids, capsule (bovine gelatin, water, color: titanium dioxide).
1 capsule contains: N-acetylcysteine (NAC) 150mg.
Contraindications: Allergy to any of the ingredients.
