It is intended for use before physical activity, during training, or immediately afterward. Its main purpose is to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes. It also provides energy and functional ingredients that can be used during intense workouts or allow for faster recovery afterward. Isotonic contains glucose, which is especially important during strenuous training. Additionally, the Isotonic Watermelon flavored version has been supplemented with maca root extract, which stimulates metabolism, has an energizing and revitalizing effect, and increases the vitality and endurance of the body.
Ingredient properties:
- glucose - is a source of quickly supplied energy, does not require digestion, quickly provides fuel to the muscles and nervous system,
- sodium - is one of the basic electrolytes, participates in maintaining the water-electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, as well as in the transmission of nerve impulses and the regulation of blood pressure; it is lost from the body during exercise along with sweat,
- potassium - regulates the degree of cell hydration, is important in maintaining the proper acid-base balance, lowers blood pressure, ensures proper nutrition of brain cells, and also regulates the functioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems,
- magnesium - during training, it improves the function of transmitting nerve impulses and regulates water management in muscles, while after training, it accelerates regeneration, makes the muscles more relaxed,
- calcium - helps in the proper functioning of muscles, regulates neurotransmission and supports the action of digestive enzymes,

Recommended daily intake:
- dissolve a portion of 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water; Use before training, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml).
