Allnutrition Isotonic Pure is a dietary supplement in powder form for making a drink, containing a complex of vitamins and minerals. It is intended for use before physical activity, during training, or immediately after. Its main purpose is to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes. It also provides energy and functional ingredients that can be used during intense training or allow for faster recovery afterward. Isotonic contains glucose, which is especially important during strenuous training. The Isotonic Pure product does not contain artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners.
Ingredient properties:
- glucose - is a source of quickly supplied energy, does not require digestion, quickly supplies fuel to the muscles and nervous system,
- sodium - is one of the basic electrolytes, participates in maintaining the water-electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, as well as in the transmission of nerve impulses and the regulation of blood pressure; is lost from the body during exercise through sweat,
- potassium - regulates the level of cell hydration, is important in maintaining the proper acid-base balance, lowers blood pressure, ensures adequate nourishment of brain cells, and also regulates the functioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems,
- magnesium - during training, it improves the function of nerve impulse transmission and regulates water management in the muscles, while after training, it accelerates regeneration and makes the muscles more relaxed,
- calcium - helps in the proper functioning of the muscles, regulates neurotransmission and supports the action of digestive enzymes,
- B vitamins - support the functioning of the nervous system, affect our mood; are important in the absorption of carbohydrates - they convert glucose supplied in food into energy.
Recommended daily intake:
- dissolve a 31.5 g portion (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water; Use before training, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml).
- Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
