Allnutrition Isotonic Orange is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder for making an orange-flavored drink, containing a complex of vitamins and minerals and guarana extract. It is intended for use before physical activity, during training, or immediately after. Its main purpose is to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes. It also provides energy and functional ingredients that can be used during intense workouts or allow for faster recovery afterward. Isotonic contains glucose, which is particularly important during a strenuous workout. Additionally, the Isotonic Orange flavored version has been added guarana extract, which reduces fatigue, including mental fatigue, supports alertness, and improves performance. The caffeine present in a high dose of guarana extract helps reduce the feeling of exertion, enabling longer workouts, and also affects fat metabolism.
Ingredient properties:
- glucose - is a source of quickly supplied energy, does not require digestion, quickly supplies fuel to the muscles and nervous system,
- sodium - is one of the basic electrolytes, participates in maintaining the water-electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, as well as in the transmission of nerve impulses and the regulation of blood pressure; it is lost from the body during exercise along with sweat,
- potassium - regulates the degree of cell hydration, is important in maintaining the proper acid-base balance, lowers blood pressure, ensures proper nutrition of brain cells, and also regulates the functioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems,
- magnesium - during training, it improves the function of transmitting nerve impulses and regulates water management in muscles, while after training, it accelerates regeneration, makes the muscles more relaxed,
- calcium - helps in the proper functioning of muscles, regulates neurotransmission and supports the action of digestive enzymes,
- B vitamins - support the functioning of the nervous system, affect our mood; are of great importance in the absorption of carbohydrates - they convert glucose supplied in food into energy,
- guarana extract - is rich in caffeine and many other active substances, has a stimulating effect, improves memory and concentration, reduces physical and mental fatigue, increases efficiency and accelerates metabolism.
Recommended daily intake:
- dissolve a portion of 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water; Use before training, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml).
- Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
- The package contains 22 servings of the product.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
