Its main task is to quickly replenish the loss of fluids and electrolytes. Recommended daily intake:
- Dissolve a 31.5 g serving (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water.
- Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml).
