Allnutrition Isotonic Ice Tea Peach is a powdered dietary supplement for making a peach-flavored iced tea drink, containing a complex of vitamins and minerals and ashwagandha extract. It is intended for use before physical activity, during or immediately after training. Its main purpose is to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes. It also provides energy and functional ingredients that can be used during intense workouts or allow for faster recovery afterward. Isotonic contains glucose, which is especially important during strenuous training. Additionally, the Isotonic Ice Tea Peach flavor version has been added ashwagandha extract, which increases tolerance to physical exercise and supports the functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredient properties:
- glucose - is a source of quickly supplied energy, does not require digestion, quickly provides fuel to the muscles and nervous system,
- sodium - is one of the basic electrolytes, participates in maintaining the water-electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, as well as in the transmission of nerve impulses and the regulation of blood pressure; is lost from the body during exercise along with sweat,
- potassium - regulates the level of cell hydration, is important in maintaining the proper acid-base balance, lowers blood pressure, ensures proper nutrition of brain cells, and also regulates the functioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems,
- magnesium - improves the function of transmitting nerve impulses during training and regulates water management in muscles, in turn, after training, it accelerates regeneration, makes the muscles more relaxed,
- calcium - helps in the proper functioning of muscles, regulates neurotransmission and supports the action of digestive enzymes,
- B vitamins - support the functioning of the nervous system, affect our mood; are of great importance in the absorption of carbohydrates - they convert glucose supplied in food into energy,

Recommended daily intake:
- dissolve a portion of 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water; Use before training, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml).
