Ingredient properties:
- hydrolyzed collagen - is a building block of tissues, in its hydrolyzed form it is highly absorbable, helps maintain healthy bones, joints and tendons,
- glucosamine sulfate - accelerates the regeneration of cartilage and bone tissue strained by excessive load, helps reduce pain and other joint ailments that hinder everyday functioning,
- MSM - methane methylsulfate recommended in case of joint problems and to improve the condition of hair, skin and nails,
- vitamin C - participates in the production of collagen, ensures the proper functioning of the skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth,
- L-proline - is essential for the production of collagen and is responsible for binding water in the body,
- magnesium and vitamin B6 - are responsible for the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system; Magnesium helps in proper protein synthesis.
Recommended daily intake:
- dissolve a 20 g portion (1 scoop) in 200-250 ml of water or juice and consume immediately after preparation,
