Allnutrition Flex All Complete is a product whose main ingredient is collagen. Collagen is a protein that helps maintain healthy bones. It also contains a number of supporting ingredients. Recommended intake:
Prophylactically, one serving daily. Dissolve one serving of the product (20 g) in 300 ml of water or juice. In case of joint pain or during rehabilitation after an injury, you can take 2 servings a day.
