Allnutrition Flex All Complete Grapefruit is a formula based on hydrolyzed collagen protein, with added glucosamine, proline, MSM, magnesium, vitamin C, and B6. The product comes in the form of a grapefruit-flavored powder to be dissolved in water. It is intended primarily for professional athletes, those training several times a week, those recovering from injuries, or those at risk of musculoskeletal injuries. The supplement contains only proven and safe ingredients, no artificial colors.
Ingredient properties:
Hydrolyzed bovine collagen:

MSM: ensures the elasticity of connections between cells, has regenerative and detoxifying properties, participates in the synthesis of collagen and keratin, which are essential for strong and healthy hair, skin, and nails. Vitamin C: helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage, skin, bones, gums, and teeth, magnesium: helps in the proper synthesis of protein, facilitates the absorption of calcium into bone cells and at the same time limits its penetration into soft tissues, such as muscles. Recommended daily intake:
