Properties of selected ingredients:
Bioperine - contains piperine, which increases the absorption and utilization of vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts contained in the product. It increases the activity of enzymes responsible for the transport and utilization of amino acids. Bioperine is also an excellent thermogenic, which has a stimulating effect, increases body temperature, accelerates the burning of fat tissue and particularly troublesome cellulite.
L-carnitine - participates in the transport of fatty acids to energy centers, i.e., the mitochondria. Regular consumption of L-carnitine allows us to utilize fat stored in our body as the first and primary source of energy.
Nettle extract - supports detoxification and the elimination of water from the body. It has properties that lower blood sugar levels, have anti-inflammatory properties, improve metabolism, increase body performance, improve immune function, and regulate blood pressure.
Green tea extract - the main component of green tea extract is epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG for short, a flavonoid with antioxidant properties.
Recommended daily intake:
Take a serving of the product (2 tablets) twice a day, in the morning or 30 minutes before training and in the afternoon, with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 servings daily (4 tablets).
