Allnutrition CLA + L-Carnitine + Green Tea is a dietary supplement intended for physically active people, containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), L-carnitine, and green tea extract.
- CLA is conjugated linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is an organic chemical compound from the group of unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids. Linoleic acid is metabolized in the body into a number of substances important for the proper functioning of the metabolism. Conjugated linoleic acid has a wide range of health-promoting effects. Additionally, linoleic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
- L-carnitine is a vitamin-like substance with an important physiological role, occurring naturally in foods of animal origin and synthesized in the human body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is present primarily in muscle tissue, the heart, and nervous tissue. Carnitine ensures the proper ratio of acetyl-CoA to CoA in cells and exhibits antioxidant activity. A carnitine derivative - acetyl-carnitine is also a donor of acetyl groups for the synthesis of acetylcholine - an important neurotransmitter.
- Green tea extract (4: 1) contains polyphenols, including catechins, where the most important compound is considered to be EGCG, i.e. epigallocatechin gallate, which is a powerful antioxidant, 100 times stronger than vitamin C and 25 times stronger than vitamin E.
Recommended intake: 1 capsule daily with 250 ml of water, preferably before physical exercise.

CLA powder (conjugated linoleic acid); Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-carnitine tartrate; Camellia sinensis green tea extract; capsule shell (gelatin, water, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, color: titanium dioxide).
1 capsule contains: CLA 300mg, L-carnitine tartrate 200mg, including L-carnitine 138mg, Camellia sinensis green tea extract 200mg, including polyphenols 100mg.
Contraindications:
Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is intended for persons over 18 years of age. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
