Allnutrition Bacopa Monnieri is a dietary supplement containing Bacopa monnieri extract, used especially to improve memory and concentration. Commonly used in India, in Ayurvedic medicine it is called brahmi (after Brahma, the Hindu god). Bacopa is considered by saints to be a "divine herb," with many properties, helping to calm the mind and aid in meditation. Brahmi is especially recommended for mentally exhausted people, as a means of improving motivation, having a mild sedative and antidepressant effect, and for the elderly, supporting the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

Bacopa monnieri contained in the preparation:
- increases blood flow to the brain, supporting memory and concentration (especially during mental effort),
- facilitates learning ability,
- supports cognitive functions,
- has a mild sedative and antidepressant effect, has a beneficial effect on stress management,
- reduces sleep problems while improving its quality,
- has an antioxidant effect, supporting the removal of free radicals from the body,
- influences the process of cell renewal and regeneration,
- the supplement is standardized to 50% bacosides.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 capsule a day, with water,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
- protect from light and moisture,
- always close the packaging after use.
