Aliness Vitamin D3 2000 IU is a dietary supplement containing vitamin D, which comes from natural lanolin, which is used to obtain 7-Dehydrocholesterol – an organic derivative of cholesterol. 7-Dehydrocholesterol is a starting compound for the production of cholecalciferol. As a result of the production processes, vitamin D is obtained in a similar way as in humans – i.e., through skin exposure to the sun. The capsule filling comes from a natural source, olive oil. It contains a large amount of natural fat, which improves the absorption of vitamin D.
Vitamin D3 - properties:
- supports the body's immunity,
- has a beneficial effect on the absorption of calcium and phosphorus,
- contributes to the proper level of calcium in the blood,
- contributes to the proper structure of teeth,
- supports the proper functioning of muscles,
- contributes to the proper structure of bones.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 capsule once a day with a meal,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
