Each Vegan Omega-3 capsule provides 250 mg of essential omega-3 fatty acids, in the form of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Thanks to the use of tapioca capsules, Aliness Vegan Omega 3 is free from ingredients of animal origin. Therefore, it is an ideal source of DHA also for vegetarians and vegans.
