Vitamin C Naturcomplex is a 100% natural product providing the recommended daily dose of vitamin C along with other substances naturally occurring in acerola extract, which contribute to the excellent absorption of vitamin C and supplement its antioxidant power.
Ingredient properties:
Vitamin C contributes to: the proper functioning of the immune system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and the proper functioning of the nervous system, and increases iron absorption.
Recommended daily intake:
- adults and adolescents from 11 years of age: 2 sachets a day. For better absorption, it is better to take them separately, e.g. one in the morning and one in the evening. - children from 4 years of age: 1 sachet a day. It is recommended to take the contents of the sachet dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in a small amount of water, fruit juice or yogurt.
